We are a multifaceted interior design + build studio in the San Francisco Bay Area. We specialize in designing well-appointed, enduring spaces that are bespoke, modern, bright, and inviting. We also love mixing styles for an eclectic vibe. Whether it's a new construction, renovation, or furnishing, we take cues from your vision and functional needs, and work with your budget and timeline. We believe the spaces we design should be elevated with creativity and personality - never boring. We also happen to really love what we do and are extremely passionate about our work. Our designs have been featured in Dwell, HGTV, Property Brothers (Brother vs. Brother season 6), Houzz, Design Milk, Apartment Therapy, and more. We are also on the board of the House Beautiful’s Advisory Council.
We like to keep the way we work flexible, transparent, and straightforward. There is no lengthy paperwork with fine print or long intimidating processes. We don’t charge a retainer fee or designer markups. In fact, we share our trade discounts with our clients. We are happy to meet in-person but we are just as efficient with online collaborations. We can move at your pace or we can help you drive the project to meet your desired timeline. We can bring your vision to life or we can guide you in formulating your individual aesthetic. We believe the services we provide should be personalized to each client, just like the designs we create for every space. We look for projects that are the right fit, spaces that inspire us, and clients who trust us to work our magic.
We take a minimalist approach to life which is reflected in our designs as well as in our business structure. We are content with keeping our design team small (just Pamela + Erwin) for flexibility and manageability. We value the hands on relationships with our clients so they’ll be directly working with us and not passed down to associates. We are focused on deepening the quality of our work, not growing to just expand the number of employees.

We offer full-service design and typically take on medium to large scale full house new construction, renovation, and furnishing projects.

One-time, no obligation onsite consultation at the hourly rate for homebuyers looking to make an offer and would like to have a better expectation on the renovation process (i.e. timeline, estimates, layout, design, etc.)
